Description: Green monkey - a small monkey with elegant dense, soft and short six greenish and black. Weight from 3.5 to 5 kg. They are characterized by the presence of localized spots on the wool as well as beard and mustache. In the wild they live in large herds of up to 40 individuals. Since green monkey is very small, it can become dinner for almost any predator. However, its agility and speed of reaction helps to live in the wild and 20 years. In captivity they can live up to 45 years.
Food: This type of monkey eats various seeds and fruits, the trees, small birds and their eggs as well as insects.
Habitat: Western area of the African continent and the district of Senegal and the Volta River, Cape Verde, Caribbean.

That ritual mark the boundaries of their private property. Also, these monkeys can emit a very wide sound range from barking, screeching and screaming to the bird calls and almost feline purr.
